Vivace Therapeutics Appoints New CEO as VT3989 Moves Toward Phase 3 Mesothelioma Trial

San Mateo, CA, August 26, 2026 (PR Newswire) -- Vivace Therapeutics has appointed Craig Gibbs, Ph.D., as President and CEO, while Ellen Lubman joins as Chief Business and Strategy Officer and oncology veteran Tim Clackson joins the board. The leadership changes come as the company prepares to advance VT3989, its lead TEAD inhibitor, into the pivotal Phase 3 sTEADfast trial for patients with previously treated mesothelioma.
