Shanghai, China and Boston, MA, September 3, 2026 (NeuShen Therapeutics) -- NeuShen Therapeutics has completed an oversubscribed Series B financing of more than $80 million to expand its central nervous system drug pipeline. The round included participation from B Capital, Legend Capital, Matrix Partners China, TruMed Investment, and existing investor Lilly Asia Ventures. The company plans to use the proceeds to advance its CNS programs and accelerate global clinical development of potential treatments for neurological and psychiatric disorders.
