Longevica Therapeutics Names Ex-Genentech Executive Prasun Mishra as CEO to Advance Longevity Drug Development

San Francisco, CA, August 18, 2026 (Yahoo Finance) -- Longevica Therapeutics has appointed Dr. Prasun Mishra, a former Genentech, Roche, and NIH executive, as chief executive officer and a member of its board. Mishra will lead the company as it transitions from large-scale longevity research toward developing therapeutic candidates and preparing for IND-enabling studies. His appointment follows the completion of Longevica’s $13 million mammalian screening program, which evaluated more than 1,000 compounds across over 16,000 mice to identify potential mechanisms and drug targets.
