Illumina's Appoints Jacob Thaysen, Ph.D. as its New CEO

San Diego, CA, September 5, 2023 (PRNewswire) -- Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ: ILMN), the world-renowned leader in DNA sequencing and array-based technologies, has announced its new Chief Executive Officer. Jacob Thaysen, Ph.D., currently the Senior Vice President of Agilent Technologies and President of its Life Sciences and Applied Markets Group, has been appointed to lead Illumina into the future. This transformative leadership change is scheduled to take effect on September 25, 2023.
