Waltham, MA, August 22, 2024 (Reuters) -- Getinge has agreed to acquire Paragonix Technologies for $477 million. The acquisition will be initially financed through a bridge loan from SEB Group. This move reflects Getinge's strategic expansion into the organ transport sector allowing Gettinge to provide solutions along the full transplant workflow.
