Washington, D.C., August 30, 2023 (Yahoo Finance) -- Danaher Corporation (DHR) finalized the agreement for acquiring Abcam plc (ABCM) at an estimated value of approximately $5.7 billion. In response to this development, DHR's stock close with a gain of 2.3% on August 28th.
