Edwards Lifesciences Acquires Innovalve Bio Medical Ltd. for $300M

Irvine, CA, July 15, 2024 (Business Wire) -- Edwards Lifesciences has acquired Innovalve Bio Medical Ltd. for $300 million to enhance its TMVR technologies. The acquisition follows Innovalve’s promising clinical progress since 2017. Innovalve will now operate within Edwards' TMTT product group, addressing unmet needs in structural heart treatments.
