Houston, TX, August 19, 2024 (Business Wire) -- Coya Therapeutics has announced the promotion of Arun Swaminathan, Ph.D., to Chief Executive Officer, with the effective date of November 1, 2024. Dr. Swaminathan will also join the Board of Directors, while the company's founder, Dr. Howard Berman, transitions to the role of Executive Chair. This leadership change comes as Coya continues its efforts in developing biologics aimed at enhancing regulatory T cell (Treg) function in the biotech space.
