Irvine, CA, November 3, 2023 (Finance.yahoo) -- Inari Medical will acquire LimFlow, a company specializing in a device for chronic limb-threatening blood flow loss, for $250 million in cash along with potential milestone payments, in a deal worth $415 million. LimFlow's technology aims to restore oxygenated blood flow to the foot through veins, bypassing blocked leg arteries, in individuals with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). This treatment is designed for patients at risk of amputation after exhausting other treatment options.
