New Brunswick, NJ, November 30, 2023 (Johnson & Johnson) -- Johnson & Johnson MedTech has completed the acquisition of Laminar, Inc., a medical device company specializing in non-valvular atrial fibrillation (AFib). The initial payment was $400 million, with possible additional payments in 2024 and beyond. Laminar is now integrated into Biosense Webster, Inc., a leading name in cardiac arrhythmia treatment within the Johnson & Johnson MedTech portfolio.
