The Jacobs Management Group Compensation and Hiring Survey reports on statistics from over 600 respondents within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CDMO, CRO, Healthcare IT, and Diagnostics industries.  With a wide range of titles and company sizes represented, this year’s data set includes 21% of responses from companies with over 10,000 employees and 29% of respondents working for companies with over 1 billion in annual company revenue. 37% of respondents are from mid-size companies, ranging from 50 to 1,000 employees.  The data set features 20% of respondents from the CSuite, 20% from the Vice President level, 30% from the Director level, 13% from the Manager level, 11% from the Senior/Specialist level, and 6% from the Associate level.
